January 20 – We were fortunate to hear from Dr. Linnie S. Carter, who is the Vice President of college advancement at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and has held this position since March 2012. In addition, she was named executive director of the HACC Foundation in May 2012. Can "fundraising" be "fun-raising" and still produce effective results?
